New Vice-President of Finance
San Jose, CA - June 12, 2000 - Ask Dr. Tech, an up and

services, announced today that Thomas Pansa has joined the company as
Vice-president of Finance. Pansa
will be responsible in all areas of financial management at Ask Dr. Tech.

Pansa is a recent transplant to Northern California, having

including Warnaco, Inc., Exquisite Form Industries Inc., Savin Corporation, and
General Electric Company.
