Ask Dr. Tech Announces Beta Launch

San Jose, CA - May 15, 2000 - Ask Dr. Tech., an up and coming leader in providing fast, friendly, and affordable technical support services their subscribers through membership, announced today they will “beta” launch their services on May 15, 2000.

“It is a good way to test the product and the infrastructure, while at the same time give the public a inside look at how we are going to empower them with a new level of computer support,” states William Lam, Founder and CEO of Ask Dr. Tech.

Ask Dr. Tech will continue with additional launches in other regional areas of the United States which include California, Florida, and Michigan.

About Ask Dr. Tech

Ask Dr. Tech. (www.askdrtech.com) has an innovative business model.  Different than most computer technical support services, Ask Dr. Tech is able to provide around-the-clock unlimited support for its customer base at a very affordable price for one full year.  That’s because, it is in fact, membership driven, ironically similar to AAA or many other automobile roadside assistance plans.

Ask Dr. Tech, with its on-line and on-the-phone computer support services, is headquartered in San Jose, California.
