About Ask Dr. Tech

Ask Dr. Tech. (www.askdrtech.com) has an innovative business model.  Different than most computer technical support services, Ask Dr. Tech is able to provide around-the-clock unlimited support for its customer base at a very affordable price for one full year.  That’s because, it is in fact, membership driven, ironically similar to AAA or many other automobile roadside assistance plans.

Ask Dr. Tech, with its on-line and on-the-phone computer support services, is headquartered in San Jose, California.
